Our Mission

The Contemporary Art Music Project is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that promotes innovative art music by collaborating with living composers and performing artists from around the world.

Eunmi Ko

Hailed as “exceedingly interesting” by the New York Concert Review and “kaleidoscopic” by the San Francisco Classical Voice, pianist Eunmi Ko concertizes as a recitalist and chamber musician throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Benjamin D. Whiting

His music having being described as “marvelously intriguing” and “evocative” in a Fanfare review, composer and improvisor Benjamin D. Whiting is perpetually seeking to find new and exciting ways in which technology can assist composers and performers by augmenting their expressive potential.

Ania Vu

Ania Vu writes music that explores the interplay between the sound properties and meanings of the words, musical energy related to form, and varied notions of time. She is currently the 2022-23 Postdoctoral Instructor at the University of Chicago and a 2021-23 Composer Fellow with the American Opera Project’s two-year program “Composers & the Voice”. Ania received her Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania her B.M. in composition and theory from the Eastman School of Music.

Kevin von Kampen

Kevin von Kampen is an active percussionist and educator based in Tampa, FL. He is currently on the music faculty at the University of South Florida teaching percussion. He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Percussion Performance from the University of Cincinnati College – Conservatory of Music, a Master of Music in Percussion Performance from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
